Case Studies
Fresh
Fresh is an organisation specialising in new and creative ideas for clients, whether at events, in design or broadcasts.
CHALLENGE
Fresh originally approached Eurosis as their client wanted to add some form of interaction to their event, as well as capturing pertinent staff opinions. The end user was quite specific about the information they wished to capture and as the company had just been taken over, they needed to gauge staff opinions on the issue.
SOLUTION
The brief was quite precise and it was simple for Eurosis to tailor the interactive voting to meet client requirements. As the end-user wished to ascertain how specific branches felt about certain issues, we advised using the demographic facility. This allowed the results of the voting session to be broken down into different groups, which enabled the end-user to ascertain how each branch felt about the questions posed. This provided a greater level of feedback than using just the audience response system without the demographic function.
CONCLUSION
Using the interactive voting system enabled Fresh to meet their client’s brief. Employees were engaged and all individuals had a chance to respond to the questions asked. Fresh’s client received valuable feedback and was able to garner delegate opinions in a quick and concise manner. The fact that demographics had been used enabled the end client to isolate any issues, whether branch specific or company-wide, and focus on addressing them. The results also facilitated the decision-making process on many levels, not least because the reports and results were available instantly.
