Interactive Voting - Corporate, Recruitment examples

Recruitment drives are time intensive. However, by using the electronic voting system, which enables people in the same room to answer the same question at the same time, the employer is able to interview numerous applicants together during the initial stages.

Psychometric testing and knowledge assessment are just two areas where the electronic voting system can help.  IQ, aptitude and personality tests such as the QPQ32 or the Myers-Brigg type indicator, are increasingly used by employers to recruit and promote staff. By using the voting system to ask questions based around these types of tests, the interview process is accelerated.

The wireless keypads can be assigned to named individuals. If knowledge of a subject above personality type is more important, points can be assigned to correct answers. If a candidate answers a question correctly, points are allocated to their keypad which forms the basis of a participant report, enabling the recruiter to see instantly who has sufficient knowledge to carry out the role applied for. The most suitable candidates can then progress to the next stage.

This process allows a potential employer to whittle down a large number of applicants to just a few, who meet the criteria given, saving time and money!
