EVS Software Packages

Powerpoint plug-in

This is recommended for users who wish to create and run an electronic voting session but who want straightforward software to do it. The software is installed within PowerPoint - to create a presentation, simply click on the voting button, which appears in the PowerPoint toolbar and away you go. A programme wizard is available to facilitate preparation of the voting slides. The software comprises all of the core voting features, including the ability to export data (to Word or Excel) and to ascertain how each keypad voted on each question. This software is sophisticated enough to be used on any presentation, giving you all of the creative options that PowerPoint has to offer. It is a good choice for the majority of buyers.

Stand-alone software packages

XPR

For organisations with staff experienced in running live presentations we recommend a more feature-packed software package, which includes sophisticated graphics. Although offering an extensive range of voting features, such as demographic analysis, prioritisation and comparisons, this software is easy enough to learn.

Elect

For elections and voting on motions in council meetings or at AGM's, we recommend software, which has been developed specifically for these types of meetings. It allows simple, majority and weighted voting. The software also includes facilities such as roll call and is able to display the names of those people present and how each individual or grouping voted.

Speciality Software

Speciality packages based on televised quiz shows, including Millionaire, are available. Please ask for details.
