How It Works
- Delegates receive a wireless keypad.
- Present questions and audience response options using a powerpoint presentation.
- Delegates use electronic keypad to register their answer
- Answers transmitted wirelessly to the Eurosis Electronic Voting System receiver.
- Electronic Voting System software instantly collates and outputs the results, including on-screen graphical images.
- Reports in an excel spreadsheet can be generated using the data collated during a session.

12. Do Eurosis supply a specific brand of Electronic Voting System equipment?
1. How do I ensure that delegates are responding to the correct question?
The person or technician running the session will open and close polling. Only when a question is being polled, can a delegate actually vote and only the question which is on the screen can be voted upon.
2. Will I know how many responses I receive to a question?
There is an option within the software to put a counter on the screen, which automatically counts up the number of votes being received. Alternatively, you can see the number of responses in the reporting facility or by choosing to show the raw data on the graphs instead of percentages.
3. What if a delegate wishes to change their response to a question?
Delegates can change their minds as often as possible whilst polling is open. The electronic voting system will only accept the delegate’s last vote chosen before polling closes.
4. How do I analyse the demographic responses?
The interactive software captures audience responses based on demographics, if demographic questions are asked. For example, the organiser can ask the audience to vote on whether they are Male or Female. Once this information is captured, any question asked thereafter can be compared with the demographic, giving a separate graphical display based on how Males voted compared with how Females voted on a given question.
5. Can I change or add questions during the event or must it all be planned in advance?
Impromptu questions can be added at any time to a voting session. The results will also be included with the reports, so no valuable data is lost, despite a question not originally being in the session.
6. Can I assign points to correct answers?
Points can be allocated to any of the answers. This is invaluable if you are using the voting system as a training or assessment tool and wish to monitor delegate’s progress, or if you are holding a quiz based event. Leader boards showing the top individuals with the highest amount of points can be shown at any point during the session, whilst reports based on participant results will show how all delegates scored.
7. What other question types can I ask?
The audience response equipment can facilitate different types of questions. Whether you wish to rank items in order of importance or compare two identical questions voted on at different times to see if opinions have altered, these can all be catered for.
8. Can I insert different types of media into my questions?
The interactive voting software enables video to be streamed, music stings to be played, and photographs, animations and graphics to be inserted to create a truly interactive event.
9. Can I generate a report based on individual responses?
A participant list can be created within the software using the delegate names. This enables a report to be generated showing how named individuals responded.
10. How much training do delegates need?
The wireless electronic voting system is simple to use. Delegates merely press a button on the wireless keypad which corresponds with the answer option they wish to choose.
11. What sort of data do I receive from the interactive session?
Depending on which audience response system is used, there are up to 25 different types of reports, ranging from graphical reports to participant results, to demographic analysis, based in a standard Excel spreadsheet.
12. Do Eurosis supply a specific brand of Electronic Voting System equipment?
We supply different types of hardware and software, ensuring that the most suitable system is used for each particular meeting. For example we have credit card sized keypads for overseas meetings. As we can take the whole electronic voting system as hand luggage, transport costs are minimal.
