Eurosis offer a range of rental equipment including digital and infrared systems. We supply to any location in Europe.

Equipment recommendation

The correct equipment will depend in part on your meeting layout, and we will provide a recommendation from our wide range of equipment.

Infrared receivers/headsets and microphones

For presentation to an audience, theatre-style, we would suggest our digital or infrared system which includes receivers/headsets.

Meetings that take the form of discussions around a table would usually involve a digital microphone system.

Booths

Usually simultaneous interpreters require sound-proofed booths. Our portable, flat pack booths conform to the ISO 4043 standard and the requirements for EU interpreters.

We work with event organisers to ensure the venue has sufficient space to accommodate the booths, and our booths have configuration options for maximum flexibility:

  • Size. The standard is 1.67m x 1.67m x 2.10m which allows for 2 interpreters to be seated inside. The size of the booths can vary according to the number of interpreters required per language. Our booths can be configured to accommodate 3 or even 4 interpreters per booth.
  • Configuration. Doors can be placed either at the back or at the side of the booth allowing for best use of the space inside the meeting room.
  • Location. It is preferable to locate the booths in the same room as the event, however where this is not possible we can locate booths in a separate room and provide audio and video links.

Your event logistics

Eurosis provide a complete hire service, including install/de-rig and on-site technical support.

  • Your pre-event questionnaire enables us to assess your venue and event to specify correct equipment and ensure sufficient space is available for the booths required.
  • Site visits are available if required for a suitability assessment.
  • Please allow sufficient time at your venue for install and de-rig of equipment. We will advise time to be allowed.

Your onsite technician will manage your simultaneous interpretation equipment.

  • Install and test.
  • Rehearsal if required.
  • Operate the simultaneous interpretation system for the duration of your event.
  • De-rig and clear away.
