Interactive Voting - NHS And Healthcare, Risk Analysis examples

The voting system can be used by emergency planners to identify risks within an organisation and to allocate methods to reduce these risks.  Scenarios of best possible outcomes based on timescales and costs can then be discussed, and the implications each risk carries for the organisation measured.

The risk analysis feature within the voting system, enables a graph to be plotted, showing precisely which risks would have the most consequences. A typical risk analysis for a Hospital could be the implications of Fire, Flood, terrorist attack or utility service breakdown, for the safety of staff, patients, visitors or the hospital environment.

Such major incidents would disrupt normal hospital services and emergency planners need to ensure that arrangements are in place to deal with them.
